These terms govern your use of trackjudge.net. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Who we are
This site is operated by CAJ Software Inc. of [TO CONFIRM: postal address] (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at info@trackjudge.net.
What this site provides
Track Judge® produces thoroughbred handicapping reports. This site shows a sample report so you can see what the reports contain, and lets you ask about access. It is information and analysis, nothing more.
No guarantee of results, and no betting advice
This is the most important thing on this page. Track Judge® reports are analysis and opinion. They are not a prediction of any outcome, a recommendation to place a wager, or financial or investment advice.
Horse racing is uncertain, and wagering carries a real risk of losing money. Past performance of a horse, a method or a report tells you nothing reliable about future results. We do not guarantee any result, profit, or standard of accuracy, and any decision you take after reading a report is yours alone, at your own risk.
You are responsible for obeying the gambling laws where you are. Wagering is restricted by age and by jurisdiction, and it is not permitted everywhere. If gambling is causing you harm, please seek help — in the United States the National Problem Gambling Helpline is 1-800-522-4700, free and confidential, 24 hours a day.
Accuracy of the data
Our reports are built from racing data supplied by third parties, and from past-performance and results information we do not originate. We take care, but we cannot warrant that every figure, time, entry or result is correct, complete or current. Race conditions, scratches and official results change, and a report may be out of date by the time you read it.
Ownership, and what you may do with the reports
The sample report is made available for your personal, non-commercial use, so that you can evaluate the product. You may download it and read it. You may not republish it, redistribute it, resell it, put it behind your own paywall, or use it to build a competing product or dataset — whether by hand or by automated means.
The reports, this site, and their layout and design remain the property of their respective owners. The underlying racing and past-performance data is the property of the third parties who supply it, and the reports carry their copyright notices. Track Judge® is a registered trademark; nothing here gives you any licence to use it.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to this site, scrape it in bulk, or submit false information through the form. We may withdraw access if you do.
Your enquiry
Submitting the access-request form is an enquiry, not a purchase, and does not create any contract or oblige us to provide access. How we handle the details you send is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including the sample report, at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or the reports — including lost wagers, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss. The site and the sample report are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
