This policy explains what personal information trackjudge.net collects, why we hold it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to meet the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and we apply it to everyone, wherever you are.
Who is responsible for your information
The data controller is CAJ Software Inc. of [TO CONFIRM: postal address]. For any question about this policy or the information we hold about you, write to info@trackjudge.net.
What we collect, and when
We collect personal information in one place only: the access-request form on this site. When you submit it, we record
- the name you enter;
- your email address;
- the tracks you follow, if you choose to tell us — that field is optional;
- the IP address the form was submitted from, with the date and time.
Nothing else. Reading this site, viewing a sample report or downloading a PDF collects no personal information from you.
No cookies, no analytics, no tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising service — no Google Analytics, no tracking pixels, no social media trackers. We do no profiling and no automated decision-making. Nothing you do here is used to build a profile of you, and nothing is shared with advertisers.
Every image, font and script on this site is served from trackjudge.net itself, so simply viewing a page does not pass your details to any third party.
Our hosting provider may set one short-lived technical cookie to tell real visitors apart from automated traffic. It holds no information about you and is not used for tracking.
Why we hold it, and on what legal basis
Your name, email address and track preferences are used only to answer your request about Track Judge® access, and to send the confirmation you receive immediately after submitting the form. Under GDPR our lawful basis for this is your consent, given when you submit the form.
The IP address, date and time are kept on the basis of our legitimate interest in preventing spam and abuse of the form.
We will not add you to a marketing list and we will not send you unrelated email. We never sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who else can see it
Your submission is stored on this website and emailed to us. Two service providers necessarily process it on our behalf:
- Spaceship / Namecheap — website hosting, and the Spacemail service that carries our email.
- Hunor Networking LLC — maintains this site for us, and may see submissions in the course of that work.
Both are based in the United States, so if you contact us from outside the US your information is transferred there. Apart from these providers, we disclose personal information only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep access requests for 24 months from the date you send them, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or send it to you in a portable form. You can object to our processing, and you can withdraw your consent at any time — withdrawing it does not undo anything done while it was in force.
Write to info@trackjudge.net and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EU and our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will delete them.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to submissions is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
